Fabanaise: Food Waste to Good Taste

Fabanaise is Sir Kensington's new eggless mayo made out of aquafaba. You've probably never heard of aquafaba. It's a new vegan trend ingredient that's the viscous water left behind after boiling chickpeas. It's an excellent egg replacer without sacrificing the flavor and texture of the oh-so-creamy and delicious mayonnaise. To educate more about our new product and this newly discovered ingredient, I decided to design a fold-out piece that explains the process of how Fabanaise is made, what aquafaba is, and tells a story about the aquafaba supply chain.
