Fabanaise: Food Waste to Good Taste
Fabanaise is Sir Kensington's new eggless mayonnaise made out of aquafaba. You've probably never heard of aquafaba. It's a new vegan trending ingredient that's the viscous water left behind after boiling chickpeas. It's an excellent egg replacement without sacrificing the flavor and texture of the oh-so-creamy mayonnaise. To educate more about our new product, I decided to design a fold-out pamphlet and a shirt that explains the process of how Fabanaise is made. The shirt design is a comic style explanation of how Fabanaise is created.

Fabanaise Fry Truck
Condiments and fries are inseparable. When Sir Kensington's launched their newest product, Fabanaise, we wanted people to taste this with a fry cone full of freshly cooked fries through a food truck experience. The design of the truck was inspired by the European frite stands with the bright blue as the main color to reflect the packaging of the product. The truck toured around the Northeast region including New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington DC.
